IPG is seeking an experienced Data Product Lead to join the Data Governance team within the DataWISE program. This role is crucial for operationalizing data governance practices, processes, and data literacy efforts. The Data Product Lead will establish the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization. This person will lead cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver data product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and user needs.Role responsibilities include:

• Understanding and documenting business needs and requirements.
• Driving the development of data policies, standards, and operational guidelines.
• Leading business process flow analysis and redesign.
• Assisting in the development, testing, and implementation of data assets and metrics.
• Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
• Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data products.
• Championing data literacy within the organization.

Requirements for this role include:

• Detail and quality-oriented with rapid learning ability.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in data governance and data quality management.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts and methodologies.
• Functional understanding of finance, HR, resource management, and new business pipeline management.
• Experience with writing business requirements and task prioritization.
• 10+ years managing large/complex enterprise global systems implementations.
