The graduate will work closely with the company's leadership, managing important tasks and high-impact projects. This program aims to help you develop into the next generation of top leaders within the organization.

Role involves:

• Driving projects in sales, marketing, finance, and related areas
• Recruiting A-players for teams
• Developing and executing strategies
• Supporting international expansion and daily operations

Requirements:

• Possess exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency
• Have a strong drive and desire to excel
• Take ownership, act proactively, and follow through on commitments
• Be humble and share a passion for building companies
• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree with exceptional results
• Have experience from a student job in a start-up, consulting firm, bank, or top-tier organization
• Be fluent in both Danish and English
