The role involves:

• Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements.
• Creating relationships with members to ensure they maximize their value.
• Conducting exit interviews with former members to learn and improve.
• Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement.
• Planning network meetings and member events.
• Designing annual development programs.
