- Monitoring member satisfaction, proactively addressing churn, and conducting semi-annual check-in calls.
- Identifying and developing member cases, assisting in formulating problem statements for network meetings.
- Planning network meetings and member events, contributing to new concept development.
- Creating the best development programs by staying updated on industry trends.
