This role is crucial for ensuring members derive maximum value from their memberships, strengthening relationships, and contributing to company growth through the development of network groups.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements and implement feedback in product development.
- Managing member success by building strong relationships and ensuring members receive maximum value.
- Reclaiming lost members through exit interviews and implementing improvements based on feedback.
- Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing churn, and conducting regular check-in calls.
- Identifying and developing member case studies to facilitate problem-solving in network meetings.
- Playing a crucial role in planning network meetings and member events, as well as developing new concepts and designing annual development programs.
