The role focuses on ensuring members derive maximum value from their membership, strengthening relationships, and contributing to company growth through the development of network groups. The role involves:

  • Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements.
  • Managing member success by building relationships and ensuring value maximization.
  • Re-engaging churned members through exit interviews and feedback implementation.
  • Monitoring member satisfaction and proactively addressing potential churn.
  • Identifying and developing member cases for network meetings.
  • Organizing and developing network meetings and member events.
  • Designing annual development programs.
