Presidents Institute is seeking a dedicated and commercially minded individual to join their team in Copenhagen as a Member Relations specialist. The role focuses on ensuring members derive maximum value from their memberships, strengthening relationships, and contributing to company growth.
The Member Relations Specialist will work closely with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements and implement feedback into product development. They will also manage member success, build relationships, conduct exit interviews to win back lost members, monitor member satisfaction, and proactively address potential churn.
