He/She will collaborate closely with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements and implement feedback into product development. Success in this role involves creating strong relationships with members, proactively addressing potential churn, and identifying member cases for network meetings. The Member Relations also plays a vital role in planning network meetings and member events, contributing to new concept development, and designing annual development programs.
