The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring members achieve maximum value from their membership, strengthening member relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through the development of network groups.

The role involves:
- Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product.
- Managing member success and building relationships
- Regaining lost members through feedback and exit-interviews
- Monitoring satisfaction and engagement.
- Identifying and building member cases.
- Planning network meetings and member events, and contributing to new concept development.
- Designing annual development programs.
