Presidents Institute is seeking a motivated Membership Growth Manager to join their Copenhagen team. The role focuses on ensuring members gain maximum value from their membership, strengthening relationships, and contributing to company growth through network group development. Presidents Institute is a leading Nordic provider of development and training programs for top executives.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements and implement feedback for product development.
  • Managing member success by building relationships and ensuring they receive maximum value from Presidents Institute.
  • Recovering lost members through exit interviews to gather insights and improve.
  • Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing churn.
  • Conducting regular check-in calls with members.
  • Identifying and building member cases, assisting them in formulating issues for network meetings.
  • Playing a role in planning network meetings and member events, and contributing to the development of new concepts.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and maintaining relationships with members to create the best development programs.
