    Role involves:
  • Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to improve product development.
  • Creating relationships with members to maximize their value from Presidents Institute.
  • Conducting exit interviews with former members.
  • Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing churn.
  • Identifying and building member cases for network meetings.
  • Planning network meetings and member events, contributing to new concept development.
  • Designing annual development programs.
