Role involves:- Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to improve product development.
- Creating relationships with members to maximize their value from Presidents Institute.
- Conducting exit interviews with former members.
- Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing churn.
- Identifying and building member cases for network meetings.
- Planning network meetings and member events, contributing to new concept development.
- Designing annual development programs.
