Presidents Institute is seeking a dedicated and commercially minded individual for a Member Success role. The role involves ensuring members maximize the value of their membership, strengthening relationships, and contributing to company growth through network group development. The company is a leading provider of development and education programs for top executives in the Nordics.Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify product improvements.
  • Managing member success by building relationships and ensuring they derive maximum value.
  • Conducting exit interviews with former members to gather feedback and regain them.
  • Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing churn, and conducting check-in calls.
  • Identifying and developing member cases to address in network meetings.
  • Planning network meetings and member events, contributing to new concept development.
  • Designing annual development programs by staying updated on business trends and member relations.
