Network Success Manager

Presidents Institute is seeking a dedicated and commercially minded Network Success Manager to join their team in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that members achieve maximum value through their membership, strengthening relationships with them, and contributing to the company's growth through the development of network groups.

Presidents Institute is one of the leading players in the development and training programs for top executives. Their goal is to help professionals realize their full potential through knowledge, networking and inspiration. They have over 1000 active members and are present in Denmark, Sweden and Finland, with our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Role Involves:

• Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements and implement feedback in product development.
• Creating relationships with members and ensuring they maximize their value at Presidents Institute.
• Conducting exit interviews with former members to learn and win them back.
• Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, proactively responding to signs of churn, and conducting semi-annual check-in conversations with members.
• Helping members formulate issues that they can involve in network meetings.
• Playing a crucial role in planning network meetings and member events, as well as helping to develop new concepts.
• Designing annual development programs.
