Presidents Institute is seeking a dedicated and commercially minded Retention and Growth Manager to join their team in Copenhagen. The role involves ensuring members achieve maximum value from their memberships, strengthening relationships, and contributing to company growth through the development of network groups.Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements and implement feedback in product development.
  • Managing member success by building relationships and ensuring they maximize the value of Presidents Institute.
  • Re-engaging lost members through exit interviews and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing churn, and conducting semi-annual check-in meetings.
  • Identifying and building member cases to help them formulate issues for network meetings.
  • Planning network meetings and member events, and assisting in the creation of new concepts.
  • Designing annual development programs by staying informed of business trends and maintaining strong member relationships.
