The role focuses on ensuring members receive maximum value from their membership, strengthening relationships, and contributing to company growth through network group development.He/She will work closely with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements, manage member success, recover lost members, monitor member satisfaction, identify member cases, and contribute to product development.
Role Involves: - Building relationships with members.
