Presidents Institute is seeking a Retention and Growth Manager in Copenhagen to strengthen member relationships and drive company growth. The role involves ensuring members maximize their membership value and developing network groups.He/She will collaborate with the Group CEO and Head of Product to identify improvements and implement feedback into product development. The candidate will manage member success, recover lost members, and ensure member engagement and retention. They will also identify and build member cases and contribute to product organization and development.
- Building a collaboration to identify improvements and implement feedback in product development
- Creating relationships with members and ensure they get maximum value
- Conducting exit-interviews with former members to draw learnings, improve and win them back
- Monitoring member satisfaction and engagement, act proactively upon signs of churn.
- Playing a decisive role in planning network meetings and member events and contribute to developing new concepts
- Staying updated on the business community and have good relations with members to create the best development programs.
