The Venture Builder will work closely with the leadership team on essential tasks and high-impact projects, with the goal of achieving extraordinary results and developing into a future leader within the company.Role involves:

• Driving projects and business areas within sales, marketing, finance, or similar fields.
• Recruiting A-players for our teams.
• Developing and executing strategies based on new insights.
• Supporting international expansion and daily operations of companies.

Requirements:

• Exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
• A strong drive and desire to be the best at what you do.
• Ownership over tasks, proactive actions, and commitment to follow through.
• Humility and a passion for building companies.
• A bachelor's or master's degree with exceptional results.
• Experience from a student job in a start-up, consulting company, bank, or other top-tier organization.
• Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
