Presidents Institute is seeking a skilled Markedschef to join their sales team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will drive new sales and membership growth, contributing to the company's ambitious goal of becoming the leading platform for education and development. She/He will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team and will be supported by successful sales leaders.

Presidents Institute is one of the leading facilitators of top leader development and education programs in the Nordics. Presidents Institute currently has 25 employees and over 1000 active top leaders as members, with operations in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

Role Involves:

  • Recruiting and leading sales teams
  • Converting business leaders into members
  • Closing sales via phone, online, or in-person meetings
  • Training sales consultants
  • Developing sales playbooks and onboarding programs
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales with excellent performance
  • Fluent in Danish( Writing and Speaking)
