Presidents Institute is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and ready to lead a team, driving new sales and membership growth.
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in helping Presidents Institute become the largest platform for education and development in Denmark.
Role Involves:
- Recruiting and leading one or more sales teams
- Converting business leaders from Denmark's leading companies into members
- Closing sales over the phone, online, or in person
- Training sales consultants to become high performers
- Developing sales playbooks and building an academy for onboarding
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with excellent sales performance
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish
