Presidents Institute is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and ready to lead a team, driving new sales and membership growth.

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in helping Presidents Institute become the largest platform for education and development in Denmark.

Role Involves:

  • Recruiting and leading one or more sales teams
  • Converting business leaders from Denmark's leading companies into members
  • Closing sales over the phone, online, or in person
  • Training sales consultants to become high performers
  • Developing sales playbooks and building an academy for onboarding
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with excellent sales performance
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish
