Presidents Institute is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Copenhagen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and eager to lead a team. The company is on an ambitious growth journey to become the largest platform for education and development. They currently have 25 employees and over 1000 active top leaders as members, and operate in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.Role involves:
- Recruiting and leading one or more sales teams
- Reaching out and converting business leaders from Denmark's leading companies into members
- Closing sales over the phone, online, or through personal meetings
- Training sales consultants to become high-performers through evaluation, coaching, and 1:1 dialogues
- Developing sales playbooks and building an academy for onboarding
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with excellent performance in sales
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken
