Presidents Institute is seeking a Team Lead (Sales) to join their team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and possess experience in leading or be ready to lead a team. This role offers the opportunity to drive new sales and membership growth, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
The Team Lead will play a vital role in securing the company's growth trajectory within the next three years, to become Denmark's largest platform for development and education.
Role Involves:
- Recruiting and leading one or more sales teams
- Contacting and converting business leaders from Denmark's leading companies into members
- Closing sales over the phone, online, or in person
- Training sales consultants to become high performers through evaluations, coaching, and one-on-one dialogues
- Developing sales playbooks and building an academy for efficient onboarding
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with excellent sales performance
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish
