Presidents Institute is seeking a Team Lead (Sales) to join their team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and possess experience in leading or be ready to lead a team. This role offers the opportunity to drive new sales and membership growth, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

The Team Lead will play a vital role in securing the company's growth trajectory within the next three years, to become Denmark's largest platform for development and education.

Role Involves:

  • Recruiting and leading one or more sales teams
  • Contacting and converting business leaders from Denmark's leading companies into members
  • Closing sales over the phone, online, or in person
  • Training sales consultants to become high performers through evaluations, coaching, and one-on-one dialogues
  • Developing sales playbooks and building an academy for efficient onboarding
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with excellent sales performance
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish
