Appfire is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their IT Service Management (ITSM) team. This role involves building tools that enhance Jira workflows, manage assets, and integrate systems through REST APIs. The Software Engineer will contribute to the development of products used by thousands of companies to streamline their ITSM processes.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with a cross-functional product team.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining TypeScript / React, Node.js, and Java-based applications.
  • Following and establishing best engineering practices.
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to product discussions and improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Understanding of web applications and cloud architectures.
  • Ability to decompose complex problemsand estimating tasks.
  • English at level B2 or higher.
