Global Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Global Enterprise Account Executive to manage strategic accounts and drive new business. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the B2B technology sector.

Role Involves:

• Working Verkada’s most strategic accounts (F500).
• Sourcing and closing new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Building an intimate understanding of Verkada products and their place in the industry.
• Managing the full sales cycle: Prospecting for new customers, hosting online demos, creating proposals, and closing deals.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
• Aggressively exceeding goals consisting of outbound phone calls, emails, online demos, and trials every quarter.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners.
• Working closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth.
• Providing market/client feedback to Verkada’s product/engineering team.
• Dedicating at least 50% of time to field-based sales activities.

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of quota exceeding experience.
• Sales experience working for a technology vendor selling Enterprise B2B solutions.
• A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role.
• Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
