Lead Product Manager

Job Description

Appfire is seeking a Lead Product Manager to enhance its app portfolio for enterprise readiness. The role involves managing the adoption of the Atlassian Forge platform, ensuring FedRAMP readiness, and addressing strategic non-functional requirements across the expanding app portfolio.

The Lead Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Management and will translate internal and external customer needs into platform solutions. They will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and deliver a strategy for the evolution of Appfire's portfolio of apps.

Role Involves:

• Overall product management responsibility for Appfire’s enterprise strategy.
• Providing technical product vision and leadership for the enterprise strategy.
• Leading the creation and execution of the product roadmap.
• Partnering with key stakeholders including engineering, marketing, and support.
• Establishing and tracking goals against KPIs for products.
• Reporting against progress and developing remediation plans where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or relevant subject area.
• MBA (preferred).
• Minimum three (3)+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum seven (7) + years of product management experience.
• Minimum two (2) + years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Minimum two (2) + years managing SaaS / Subscription-based software products.
• Three (3)+ years experience using product analytics tools.
• A strong foundational knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts and technologies.
• Understanding of development concepts and logic.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and execution skills.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
