Lead Product Manager

Job Description

Appfire is seeking a Lead Product Manager to enhance its app portfolio for enterprise readiness. The role involves managing the adoption of the Atlassian Forge platform, FedRAMP readiness, and strategic non-functional requirements. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, the Lead Product Manager will translate customer needs into platform solutions and develop a clear strategy in partnership with the leadership team.

The Lead Product Manager will partner with product management, engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure Appfire’s products are ready for any customer globally.

Role Involves:

• Overall product management responsibility for Appfire’s enterprise strategy.
• Providing technical product vision and leadership.
• Leading the creation and execution of the product roadmap.
• Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Establishing and tracking goals against KPIs.
• Reporting against progress and developing remediation plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
• Minimum 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience.
• Minimum 2+ years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Minimum 2+ years managing SaaS/Subscription-based software products.
• 3+ years experience using product analytics tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts.
• Understanding of development concepts and logic.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and execution skills.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
