Job Description
Ogilvy Health UK is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee the execution of medical education programs. The Account Manager will collaborate with medical writers, creative designers, and project managers to deliver innovative educational initiatives. They will also have the opportunity to participate in Ogilvy Health's culture and DEI initiatives.
Role involves:
- Building strong client relationships and understanding their objectives.
- Overseeing medical education projects from initiation to completion.
- Leading and supporting project teams to achieve project goals.
- Developing and managing project budgets.
- Ensuring the scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of educational materials.
- Supporting business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client services role within a medical education/medcomms agency.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of pharma regulations.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and solve problems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
