Exactera, a FinTech SaaS start-up founded in 2016, is seeking an experienced Account Executive – Partner Market to join their team. The company has offices in New York City, Tarrytown NY, St. Petersburg FL, London, and Argentina and is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.

In this blended role, the Account Executive will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving channel growth, and enabling Exactera's partners to thrive alongside them. The role involves a dual approach balancing high-velocity lead management with relationship-building initiatives focused on key strategic partners and strategically aligning sales efforts to meet the needs of both partners and end-users. This is a fully remote role, however the applicant may be asked to meet in person every so often for department meetings when applicable.

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with service providers and partners.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with Exactera’s strategic goals.
  • Guide partners on effective positioning of Exactera’s solutions.
  • Leverage experience working with referral partners and firms utilizing white-label solutions.
  • Drive revenue through effective management of partner sales pipelines.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to create a robust quarterly pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a blended sales role, preferably in partner or channel sales environments.
  • Strong experience in cultivating partnerships and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategies for partner enablement and ecosystem growth.
