Data Management Specialist at Prezzee

Prezzee is seeking a Data Management Specialist to enhance its data ecosystem. This role is based in Melbourne, Victoria or Sydney, NSW and offered as a 12-month fixed term, working on a hybrid basis.

The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for documenting and optimizing data flows, ensuring data accuracy, and promoting informed decision-making within the organization. They will work closely with various teams to maintain data quality and consistency.

Role involves:

• Documenting and maintaining data flows.
• Creating and managing metadata processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define business metrics.
• Identifying and resolving data documentation gaps.
• Assessing data quality issues and providing solutions.
• Working with technology teams to address data platform changes.
• Presenting data-driven findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with dbt, Talend Stitch, and AWS Redshift.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
