Data Management Specialist at Prezzee

Prezzee, a global digital gifting platform, is seeking a Data Management Specialist to document and optimize its data ecosystem. The Data Management Specialist will ensure data accuracy and accessibility, supporting informed decision-making across the organization.

This hybrid role is based in Sydney, NSW, or Melbourne, VIC, and is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Role Involves:

• Documenting and maintaining data flows, transformations, and repositories.
• Creating and managing metadata processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document key business metrics.
• Identifying and resolving gaps in data documentation.
• Assessing data quality issues and providing actionable solutions.
• Working with technology and product teams to understand data platform changes.
• Presenting data-driven findings and recommendations.
• Writing documentation for data workflows.
• Maintaining and enhancing master data management processes.
• Evaluating existing data management practices.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of data definitions and flows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with dbt, Talend Stitch, and AWS Redshift.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and business process creation.
