Program Manager at Prezzee

Prezzee, a global digital gifting platform, is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality projects on time using Agile methodologies. The Program Manager will ensure alignment with business goals, manage risks, and resolve roadblocks, equipping teams with the resources, processes, and tools to excel.

What this role involves:

• Defining program scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
• Leading cross-functional teams across product, technology, marketing, and finance.
• Developing and maintaining the delivery plan, tracking progress, and managing dependencies.
• Monitoring program performance and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicating progress to team members, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Implementing agile methodologies to improve efficiency and adaptability.
• Managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Identifying and escalating risks and issues.
• Providing direction to teams.
• Applying change management to address roadblocks.
• Developing and executing communication plans.
• Providing program updates to leadership.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in program management.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in planning, prioritizing conflicting requirements, and scheduling releases.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Payments experience (a bonus).
