Scrum Master at Prezzee

Prezzee is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team in Sydney. The Scrum Master will work alongside other Scrum Masters, coaching self-organizing teams to solve problems and deliver enhancements to products. They will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events and helping the team deliver on commitments.Role involves:

• Ensuring the team understands product goals and scope.
• Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog.
• Coaching delivery teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Facilitating Scrum events (standups, planning, review, retrospectives).
• Facilitating backlog refinement and sprint showcases.
• Facilitating quarterly roadmap planning and review.
• Supporting the team by removing obstacles.

Prezzee is looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Applied knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, etc.).
• Experience coaching teams in self-organization and collaboration.
• Ability to adopt techniques from various practices and methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
• Application of Continuous Testing, TDD, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
• Passion and customer-centricity.
• Ability to constructively challenge the status quo.
• Positive and solution-driven mindset.
