Scrum Master at Prezzee

Prezzee is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. The Scrum Master will work alongside other Scrum Masters, responsible for coaching self-organising teams to solve complex problems and deliver ongoing enhancements to products. They will be passionate about coaching, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Role involves:

• Ensuring the team understands product goals and scope.
• Helping the product owner maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Coaching delivery teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Facilitating Scrum events.
• Facilitating roadmap planning and review.
• Supporting the team by removing obstacles.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Applied knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience in coaching teams in self-organization.
• Ability to adopt and explain approaches from various practices.
• Applied knowledge of software development processes.
• Proven application of Continuous Testing, TDD, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
• Passion, customer focus, and a solution-driven mindset.
