Solution Architect at Prezzee

Prezzee is seeking a Solution Architect to take the lead on the technical delivery of pivotal projects. This role is responsible for ensuring security, scalability, and compliance across its product lines. Reporting to the Lead Architect, the Solution Architect will closely collaborate with engineering teams to define technical roadmaps, drive migrations, and champion best practices in security, observability, and cloud-native architectures.

As a member of the Architecture Guild, the candidate will experiment with new technologies and influence technical direction.

The Solution Architect role involves:

• Aligning solution architecture with Prezzee’s strategic objectives.
• Defining technical roadmaps and assessing dependencies.
• Overseeing technology selection.
• Ensuring security and compliance, including PCI DSS, GDPR, and PII standards.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration.
• Designing scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
• Working with microservices, event-driven systems, and AWS cloud-native applications.
• Advocating for observability, traceability, and security best practices.
• Contributing to technical standards within the Architecture Guild.

Requirements for the role include:

• Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture.
• Expertise in PCI DSS compliance and security frameworks.
• Strong background in AWS and cloud-native applications.
• Ability to manage risk, compliance, and governance.
• Effective communication skills across technical and business teams.
