Analyst

Job Description

A company is seeking an Analyst to contribute to a variety of tasks, including industry research, analyzing exchange data and mechanisms, and preparing analytical reports using Python and other tools. The Analyst will gather information regarding trading conditions across markets, research and structure diverse exchange mechanisms, aggregate data from multiple sources using Python and other advanced tools, and compile comprehensive analytical reports. They will also develop intuitive dashboards and tables for effective data visualization, interact with external parties to gather additional data and insights, and communicate with other departments within the company.

What this role involves:

• Conduct analytics from various exchanges
• Gather essential information regarding trading conditions across markets
• Research and structure diverse exchange mechanisms
• Aggregate data from multiple sources using Python and other advanced tools
• Compile comprehensive analytical reports
• Develop intuitive dashboards and tables for effective data visualization
• Interact with external parties to gather additional data and insights

Requirements:

• BS / MS in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of Python and MS Office
• Basic understanding of exchange operations and trading mechanisms
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Keen interest in financial markets
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external parties
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
