The Lead will be responsible for anomaly detection, identifying irregularities, and implementing procedures to maintain trading integrity. They will also enhance information accuracy and streamline internal processes to improve productivity across teams.

• Intrasession invariants controls
• Escalation procedures
• Continuous improvement of anomaly detection quality
• Reaction and resolution SLAs
• Tooling and communication efficiency

• Experience in similar positions
• Willingness to combine hands-on and management tasks
• Great attention to detail
• Efficient communication in all forms of English
