Payments and Invoicing Specialist (w/m/d)

Job Description

CarOnSale, a tech company based in Berlin, is seeking a Payments and Invoicing Specialist to facilitate smooth digital processes in the European automotive trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily verification and allocation of payments, ensuring seamless invoicing, and serving as a central contact for internal stakeholders to develop payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Daily verification and allocation of payments.
• Handling invoices.
• Developing solutions for product improvements.
• Managing receivables including collections.
• Communicating with customers regarding payment issues.
• Liaising with the finance department to ensure effective cooperation and information exchange.

Requirements:

• Ideally, professional experience in payment processing or a similar operational role.
• Ideally, experience with payment service providers.
• Accuracy and enjoyment in dealing with numbers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent German language skills (C1).
• Good English language skills are an advantage.
