Job Description

CarOnSale is seeking an Associate Director Corporate Development & Strategy (m/w/d) to work directly with the leadership team on strategic projects. The role involves supporting fundraising and M&A transactions, contributing to strategy development and implementation, conducting market research, managing partnerships, and overseeing project management activities. The candidate will have direct contact with clients, suppliers, partners, and investors, and will collaborate with various departments to align strategic goals.

CarOnSale requires candidates with a degree in business administration, management, economics, engineering, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in a competitive environment, such as consulting, technology, startups, investment banking, or venture capital. They should be flexible, solution-oriented problem-solvers with strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent organizational and communication skills, entrepreneurship, networking abilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Fluency in business German and English (C1 level) is required.
