Job Description
JD Sports Malaysia is seeking a Digital & Integrated Marketing Manager to drive profitable online growth. The ideal candidate will motivate the multi-channel team to deliver sales and profit targets. This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, reporting on progress, and ensuring digital strategies align with growth targets. The candidate will identify commercial opportunities to improve sales and profit, gaining stakeholder buy-in.Role Involves:
  • Reviewing and benchmarking the JD Malaysia Multi-Channel proposition.
  • Developing a Multi-Channel trading plan.
  • Maintaining and advancing the website to improve visitor numbers and conversion rates.
  • Implementing Multi-Channel customer acquisition and retention techniques.
  • Working with various teams to develop holistic business marketing strategies.
  • Managing the JD Malaysia Multi-Channel P&L.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Ecommerce management position.
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese.
  • Experience using Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, independent, and result-oriented.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
