JD Sports Malaysia is seeking a Digital & Integrated Marketing Manager to drive profitable online growth. The ideal candidate will motivate the multi-channel team to deliver sales and profit targets. This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, reporting on progress, and ensuring digital strategies align with growth targets. The candidate will identify commercial opportunities to improve sales and profit, gaining stakeholder buy-in.Role Involves:
- Reviewing and benchmarking the JD Malaysia Multi-Channel proposition.
- Developing a Multi-Channel trading plan.
- Maintaining and advancing the website to improve visitor numbers and conversion rates.
- Implementing Multi-Channel customer acquisition and retention techniques.
- Working with various teams to develop holistic business marketing strategies.
- Managing the JD Malaysia Multi-Channel P&L.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Ecommerce management position.
- Proficiency in English & Chinese.
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, independent, and result-oriented.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
