Job Description

CarOnSale, a tech company in Berlin, is seeking a Praktikant - Strategy & Growth (f/m/x) to help develop innovative B2B solutions for the European automotive trade. The intern will work closely with the founders and management on strategic issues related to operations and strategy, actively shaping the strategy for the coming years. They will collaborate with the management and C-Level team, analyze data, derive and present recommendations, and further develop the operations strategy while optimizing processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with founders and management on strategic issues.
• Actively shaping the strategy for the coming years.
• Analyzing data and presenting recommendations.
• Developing the operations strategy and optimizing processes.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Be studying business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Have gained initial professional experience in consulting, business development, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Combine strategic and analytical thinking with a practical approach.
• Be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.
• Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work proactively and independently.
• Have very good English and German skills (Min. C1).
