IONOS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (w/m/d) 1st Level to join their Zweibrücken team. IONOS is the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting services.This role involves providing high-quality support to French-speaking customers, collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction, and serving as the first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and finding suitable solutions. The candidate will contribute to optimizing procedures and products and actively participate in enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in French, with knowledge of German or English.
  • Communication training or experience in call centers.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on finding the best solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
