Business Continuity Manager (w/m/d)

IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to join their CFO team in Karlsruhe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the group-wide BCM for the IONOS Group, working closely with risk management and information security organizations. This role involves coordinating, implementing, and developing the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).

The role involves:

• Operating a global BCMS for the IONOS Group.
• Optimizing and developing existing processes and methods.
• Providing expert advice to various company divisions and country organizations.
• Supporting business partners in the execution of BCM processes.
• Collaborating with corporate departments of the United Internet Group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of methods and tools in holistic Business Continuity Management.
• Good knowledge of relevant laws, norms, and standards (ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI 200-1 to 200-3, KRITIS, NIS-2).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
