Business Continuity Manager (w/m/d)

Job Description

IONOS is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the continuity of business operations across the IONOS Group.

The Business Continuity Manager will be responsible for the group-wide BCM, working closely with risk management and information security organizations within IONOS and the United Internet Group. They will coordinate, implement, and further develop the BCMS.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating a global BCMS for the IONOS Group.
• Optimizing and developing existing processes and methods.
• Providing technical advice to various company divisions and country organizations.
• Supporting Business Partners in the implementation of BCM processes.
• Collaborating with all Corporate departments of the United Internet Group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management or related consulting.
• Strong knowledge of methods and tools in Business Continuity Management.
• Good knowledge of relevant laws, norms, and standards.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
