The Head of Technical/Cyber Security will be responsible for the technical security strategy, implementation, and maintenance of security systems. The role also involves leading a team of security experts and ensuring security practices meet industry standards. The candidate's expertise will be crucial in identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing security measures to protect company assets.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive technical security strategy.
• Leading a team of security experts and promoting a culture of security awareness.
• Overseeing the implementation of security technologies, including SIEM, vulnerability management, and Threat Intelligence.
• Collaborating with operations and development teams to ensure compliance with industry best practices (ISO 27001) and government requirements (KRITIS, NIS2).
• Taking a leading role in security incident management and implementing remedial measures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical security functions, including leadership experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, best practices, and technologies.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, Threat Intelligence, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
