Job Description
IONOS is seeking an Informationssicherheits-Manager (w/m/d) - Cyber Security to join their team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the security certification strategy and standardization strategies, structuring standardization and certification activities, and preparing for scaling in international markets. They will also introduce certification readiness routines, manage strategic projects, and participate in certifications and attestations.
Role Involves:
- Responsibility for the security certification strategy and related standardization strategies.
- Structuring standardization and certification activities and preparing for scaling in international markets.
- Introducing certification readiness routines in internal development, operations, and other organizational units.
- Responsibility for strategic projects and promoting interfaces with customers and the business.
- Participating in and supporting certifications and attestations.
Requirements:
- Several years of practical experience with standardized management systems and certifications in cybersecurity.
- Practical experience in two or more certified areas according to ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, BSI C5, PCI.
- Experience with ISO management systems from data protection standards is a plus.
- Experience with the mentioned standards and certifications in a technical organization.
- Passion for the efficient integration of management systems and certification activities.
- Intrinsic motivation and a desire to keep know-how up to date.
- Proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or higher) and fluent German (at least C2).
