Job Description

IONOS is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team in either Berlin or Karlsruhe. This role involves collaborating with various teams within the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting solutions. Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Setting up hardware.
  • Managing Windows client and server systems, including user account management, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
  • Receiving and coordinating support requests.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector.
  • Ability to provide on-site hardware support, including cabling and hardware relocation.
  • A passion for IT, even as a hobby.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level).
