IONOS is seeking a Partner Manager (w/m/d) to join their team in Berlin. IONOS is the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting services. As an ISV Partner Manager at IONOS, the candidate will be responsible for acquiring, supporting, and strategically developing partnerships with independent software vendors. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to unlock new business opportunities and achieve the growth targets of IONOS' partner programs.
The role involves:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with ISV and technology partners.
- Identifying and acquiring new partners to expand the IONOS Cloud and Software ecosystem.
- Developing and implementing partner strategies and marketing measures to promote joint business success.
- Supporting partners in integrating their solutions into the IONOS platform and Cloud Marketplace.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (sales, technology, marketing) to develop appropriate solutions and jointly market partner solutions.
- Regularly conducting performance reviews and analyzing KPIs to optimize the partnership strategy.
- Representing IONOS at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in partner management, ideally in the area of ISV, SaaS, or cloud services.
- Excellent knowledge of the cloud market and the needs of software providers.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and complex project environments.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
