Groupon is seeking a Junior Compensation Analyst to support its Compensation team. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in HR. The Junior Compensation Analyst will contribute to ensuring fair and competitive pay across the organization.
In this role, the Junior Compensation Analyst will:
- Support job evaluations and salary benchmarking.
- Provide compensation proposals.
- Conduct market research and track trends.
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis for compensation programs.
- Support the quarterly bonus cycle.
- Assist with key compensation programs and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain compensation data and provide administrative support.
Groupon is looking for someone who has:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
