Groupon is seeking a SEM Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with analytics, data engineering, and marketing teams to drive innovative strategies and improve performance across international markets such as the EU, Emirates, and Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits and leading the implementation of campaigns across various channels.
- Owning and coordinating projects related to program and product development.
- Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Creating and delivering weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Managing advertising budgets and seeking solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, especially in paid channels.
- Solid understanding of PPC, ROI, and bid management.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
