Groupon is seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Expert to take the lead in optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for the US market. This role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on Groupon's growth and performance in the US market. The Meta Ads Expert will manage one of the largest Meta ad accounts in the CEE region. Groupon offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three days.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing Meta Ads strategies tailored to the US market.
  • Designing and executing full-funnel campaigns that balance prospecting and retargeting efforts.
  • Managing product catalog performance and ensuring seamless integration of data feeds for dynamic product ads.
  • Continuously optimizing budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximize ROAS.
  • Tracking and analyzing key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) for US-specific campaigns and turning insights into actions.

Requirements include:

  • Significant experience working within ecommerce or marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record managing Meta Ads campaigns, especially dynamic product ads and catalog management, with a focus on the US market.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads budgets of at least $100K per month.
  • Strong Martech Skills.
