The ideal candidate will develop and implement change management strategies, drive organizational transformation, and ensure successful project outcomes. • Lead various projects and identify ways to improve processes.
• Analyze new opportunities and weaknesses in the product based on data.
• Develop the product to ensure user satisfaction and meet business objectives.
• Define functionalities and new features.
• Prioritize opportunities and weigh their benefits against the required effort.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience running large-scale complex projects involving SaaS, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
• Experience in project management from the perspective of the end-user and ROI.
• Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, and ROI.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Attention to detail and systematization in task completion.
• Organizational skills and the ability to see things through to completion.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to cope with unexpected situations.
• Focus on numbers and their added value within the product.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different types of people.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with task management systems, Google Workspace, and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Time flexibility to be available after 17:00.
